Well the thing about it was that if it was a copyright thingy or an authoratarian thing like it was there is a way around it. It was the downloading that they had the problem with. I think, but im not 100% sure, if you can make the tracks available to be listened to but not downloaded it is perfectly acceptable in the eyes of the law.
