Hi

I'm a newbie to these boards, so apologies if this is already common knowledge - but what's the current release date of Alan Byrne's biog? Other postings suggest we're still waiting for it, and the last message i had from Amazon gave September 2004 as the heavily delayed publication date , but I've just been back to the big A to check and they're now listing it as already out, with delivery in an unpromising "4 to 6 weeks".....So is it or not? And if not, what's the current estimate?
I've also heard rumours about a CD containing rare tracks which may accompany it - and I see references to an unspecified CDROM in other current listings on this board. Is this a limited edition or will we be seeing it in every book? Do we know what might be on it?
