The latest estimate for the book is the end of February. Amazon's Septemeber 2004 date was always wrong it seems.

The CDROM was limited availabilty for the first 100 applicants to Alan's email address (as a pre-order) so these have long since been taken up. You might as well email him at alanbyrnefback@NOSPAMPLShotmail.com (removing NOSPAMPLS) just in case he has one or two left (I seem to remember him mentioning that a couple of people hadn't paid for it after ordering - don't hold your breath though - they may all be gone now).

The two CDROM tracks are Revolution and No More.
