They shouldn't use the BRAND Thin Lizzy perhaps, but mentioned earlier: it helps keeping the name alive, and that is where you and others can differ from a point of view... I don't exactly know where I stand in this (easy huh ;) ) At one point of view I think it really is important to keep the name alive, even when some former bandmembers do that by making music under that certain kind of name... The only problem I have is Sykes... he wasn't so Lizzy as Gorham was... imho... He know has the most rights using the name, but should he do that?

They weren't putting it in your throat :) But I can understand the point of view when you've only seen Phil thru video's and pictures... (like me)

The matter is more difficult than it seems...

'Bout the bassplayer and the drummer... I like the drummer over the bassplayer... The drummer is topquality, no doubt. So if he was a musician available, then the guys got pretty lucky there :)
