FBI director Robert Mueller says the FBI has stopped, in past 15 monthes, about 100 attacks both large and small.

Some of the stops he mentioned include Jose Padilla who was accused of planning to set off a dirty radioactive bomb in the US.

Mueller believes the US and its allies now have the upper hand in the War on Terror. I think we may have the upper hand too. Do you think we have upper hand?
