My almanac, like citipopulations, lists city pops.
But, it also has a brief section on MAs, which are
some census designation. MAs include suburbs,
and sometimes combine cities. (E.g., Boston/Providence/
Worcester is one MA). The MA for NYC has about
20 Million people.
