前晚同D仔在南丫島由索罟灣行去榕樹灣食宵，然後再返轉頭行去青年旅舍附近的一處山洞探險，攪到成4點先番渡假屋。
早上6:45起身出番去幫班。
結果我尋日夜晚瞓左成11個鐘，今朝仍然好眼瞓。
