港島地域有一個班好特別
露營素食烹飪講座
內容 : 1) 介紹素食的好處及如何應用於野外烹飪活動中.
2) 解釋如何選擇易於攜帶, 儲存的食物並配合有限的條件完成烹調工作.
3) 提供及示範一個有整全營養, 簡單及衛生的素食餐單.
包括-- 飲品 -- 甜茴香茶
飯類 -- 棕色全美飯
-- 七彩滋咪什錦
湯 -- 簡易印式豆湯等....
