小隊制度做得唔好, 隨了隊長或準隊長本身既問題外, 旅團本身既因素和領袖本身都係一個問題. 團長和一班領袖想做好小隊制度, 但外於上級或其他壓力, 而要將小隊制度變成家長式照顧或個別領袖負責某一羣成員. 將隊長應該既職能完全懸空, 令到小隊長無機會去發揮和管理其小隊, 空有其名. 當然, 無經驗既領袖一樣無將小隊制度弄得一團糟, 完全把小隊制度既真諦錯誤地去解釋.

我建議 .... 我地不如攪一次小隊長集訓營, 去比一次機會去培訓一班良好既隊長或準隊長. 訓練內容, 除了技能訓練, 小隊行政, 小隊長會議等基本外, 還可以教授成員點樣去準備課程去教授新成員, 方便去成為我們將來既接班人.
