都係時候作出多少回應，先講籌備比賽，唔講大家都唔知道，所有東西都由一人幕後遙控的，根本沒有籌備會議成立，其他的可想而知。
人事問題更加苦了一班熱愛童軍運動的領袖，我們一心做好指派的工作，人事鬥爭唔好影響我們的工作好嗎？唔好以為搏頭多劃就好勁，咪又係一個大細路，玩小氣。
講真本人都出力不少，台前幕後都一清二楚，但又如何呢？咪又得到一張A4紙咁大把。
再講參賽隊伍，大家到底知唔知道CARLTON是甚麼，有無人排錯隊呀，比賽成績令人髮指。那位話自己係大旅團的領袖，所屬旅團一敗塗地，可能有一兩個項目可以見得下人，但19個項目呀老友。
大家唔駛驚全港一定玩小幾隊，因為有幾隊一定包尾的。

大家都知道無咩籌委會, 所謂既籌委會只係幾個領袖坐埋就傾, 傾好就寫下來再跟, 之後就做, 我都知道係有點唔健康既情況, 但係總算幾有效率既方法, 好過叫晒咁多個區一齊個個比意見. 何況 .... 籌委根本唔會直接參與評分, 今次我同亞黎係有點做過界, 但上頭叫到, 無法唔去做. 嚴格黎講, 我同亞黎都可以唔使去, 唔想身份[監介]. 不過算啦. 下次比賽, 可能我同亞黎會用參賽者領袖身份出席 (團長話想參加比賽)

今晚有檢討會, 有乜野不滿/ 做得唔好, 希望可以一五一十講番晒出黎, 唔好將來影響到童軍運動既發展.
