Mark我們地域的最大問題是：人言，又話身份衝突，如果大家只得領袖一個統稱，大把人可以幫手，又分區又分職位，記得嗎我們有一個最勁的人馬，冠軍旅長，但都比較低調。
如果咁既比賽形式一直流傳下去，都唔駛希望有改善，咁基本的組織籌委都唔做到，好難再有祈望了。

亞黎, 我當然希望地域可以唔好次次都差不多包尾, 有時間真係想有 d 改革, 去再攪好 d 童軍組既活動和訓練. 但無奈地域就係喜歡跟著一套既定模式去 run. 有 d 改革要係改朝換代後先可以推行. 當然, 一班元老級人士會有點說話. 但總會實行到.

有抱負的我, 唔單止想攪好旅團, 我都想為地域出一分力, 我相信大家, 包括今次既幕後黑手都吸取今次大會職員間種種既問題, 而下一屆, 如果我再可以被邀請入局, 我會提議成立籌委會去攪好下一次比賽.

當然區會既支持都好重要, 但係現今既區會都似一個小諸侯王, 獨霸山頭, 自成一角. 唔太理地域既事. 希望咁樣既情況可以有改善.

我只是插嘴，並無批評貴地域事務之意。
1. 負責領袖思想方面：究竟大Sir方面是否以在最後大賽爭勝之目的去做這次比賽？可能有兩種想法：(1)比賽其實是一個媒介讓各旅團之成員比試，水準高低是靠旅團領袖及成員之主動性去推動(話雖如此，水平參差之比賽並不能達到比試之效果)；或者(2)在經歷多年比賽後，負責領袖明白根本不能對水準有所要求，辦得公正便算了。其實見到成個比賽有這麼多項目已經可以觀察到公平是放在較高位置。
2. 區方面：通常區在地域比賽前有預賽。但據我所知，根本有些區只有一隊參加，直入地域比賽。水準...賽後集訓才開始。
3. 旅團方面：不用重複各位之前之討論。
