先謝過大家支持~~
其實，呢個林子振，要數起上黎，佢算係我地開山祖師，但奈何佢係差人，就一直以差人的方式去攪。到而家，俾佢上位做左DC，仲成日話有盧立偉照，咁死啦。再者，我團長係由佢帶大，即係我師公，但偏偏所有佢訂立的新規條都要煮死我地咁，起碼：
1.要抄我地旅長，因為佢十年未有上訓練班
2.拖延我D仔女考教導組，結果佢升左VENTURE都未考到游泳(教導；
組)
3.拖延我地新增VENTURE，成年先攪得掂。

以上幾點，看似佢必要有條件先俾我地做到，但，佢硬係有百多條理由去阻撓。

我團長灰到話轉區(屯西)，我唔想，因為唔係我地錯，我地冇必要走！
ANYWAY，我好多謝大家支持~!~

領袖上不上訓練班其實涉及一個責任問題。而家大家都本住義工之精神去工作，但社會進步，總會不問責，但政務委員及家長開始問責，領袖不上基本訓練(即是木章系統)的確會在某些情況下產生問題(上緊而未完成又另計，因為有得解下畫)。

阻人發達的確有D問題，細佬要考，為什麼唔比考？阻住旅團發展又係阻人發達。

今日我們嘗試用另一角度去睇，有制度總比無的好，有好多區的專章秘書做不到其職責本份，考章率就唔駛講都知道喇。每年的大會操就是每年各區各地域的成績表，53個區有幾多個區無人踩草。
如果有人未能知悉獎章制度在童軍領域的定位和價值，我們祈望他們早日了解及醒悟，但最理想的是多與其他區的交流，時常閉門造車的又如何能夠與時並進呢。

旅長問題已經係好耐之前已有，我地亦有打算搵人頂替。
而，今尸DC打俾我團長，鬧到佢狗咁，仲咁講：係試下行出屯東，睇下我POT唔POT你！
我真係覺得有恐嚇成份.....
我團長已聯絡地域有關人士，希望得到幫助。

再者，屯東咁多旅團，我唔想做佢隻棋子，變成一個先例，令到其他旅團都遭殃。因為，佢唔知點解咁得閒，淨係煮死我地......
