Sorry to use English, as the Chinese input system of my computer at office is not working.

It is really tempting to write something here, as I assume all of us have the same experience.

We all have hard time. What makes me to stay here is the smiles, the innocent smiles I can see every Saturday. That's what I call "chicken soup for soul".

我真係希望我個旅長唔好再理我咁多團務, 我有我一套管理團務既方式. 既然暫時都係得我一個睇住個團. 我都會努力一點去完成我既責任.

近日, 我自己想了很多有關既 topic. 明白到有些簡單既團務, 都係可以再下降至隊長去完成. 再慢慢地將一點點既新團員既訓練工作交給隊長去辦. 而自己可以專心一點去完成團行政既工作.

Empowerment 看似都係我既其中一個解決方法. 我都係時候要開開團內領袖和隊長會議去討論討論
