Subject: 八月份獨木舟訓練營

廿二旅傳統一年一度八月份獨木舟訓練營，歡迎參加

日期：8月4-6日(星期一至三)，有營期、未找教練
地點：白沙灣
課程：
初學者：一、二及三星(但先要經過水試)完成可取獨木舟(興趣組)章
已有三星者：中級銅、銀及一個旅程(其餘課程稍後約8月尾9月頭去)向獨木舟(技能組)章進發
費用：
一、二及三星約70元課程費及60元住宿費，三日兩夜，膳食自行解決(自已煮極平，出街食午餐約$25，晚餐約$35)
中級銅、銀及一個旅程要再查先知，稍後公佈(估計大約$120班費及60元住宿費)
囓J女有興趣去者請星期二前留言(亦留參加班別)，以便我立刻book位。如有女去請註明，因為住宿安排有別。

don't worry, just ask them, if one or two are interested, let me know so that I can count them in. Certainly, they must be able to swim.
