所謂不在其位不謀其政，目的只有一個〈資源開發〉，當然任何人本身就是資源。
當然我係非常之樂意在自己的地域幫拖，也可以學到做人處事的手法，至於職位方面我想做專章秘書，因為考章是我的專長，這並不是在童軍學到的，可惜區會才有這個位，哎......
如果話過去廿幾年的童軍經歷是空白，的確〈中〉因為.....

我好贊成亞黎既話,「每個人本身都是資源」, 其實只要有心, 肯花心機, 一個旅團領袖既貢獻絕對唔小於總會/地域/區領袖...... 最緊要都係要知道自己的長處, 發揮所長, 咁無論係邊個位做, 都問心無愧.... 係唔係?
