Subject: 別人的心聲

請讓我在此引述一位資深領袖的對話，強調不是本人的意見，因為本人未有那麼廣闊的見識。
他講及總會看不到的，其中有：不斷推高人數而不知道大多人數分佈在小童軍及幼童軍，問題出現在童軍人數下跌，正因為有太多旅團的經營手法不當，導致斷龍的現象。有人不斷努力美化童軍形象，但也有人不斷破壞，哎呀!!!!
我反對在資源及人才不足之下，把任何組織過度擴展，這只會把質和量弄致失去平衡。
一個組織要發展由其是人數的擴展，培訓由其重要，哎....中國人的死穴，〈教識徒弟無師傅〉一直留傳我們的內心，想想如何衝破傳統，但我眼見都有好多不折不扣的反骨仔。唉.....

我同意閣下既見解, 我亦眼見Cub Scout和小童軍支部既人數增加, 因為新旅團只係開辦上述支部. 就我管轄既童軍團, 我一樣要因為人數問題而頭痛. 我指既人數問題不是成員問題, 而是無有經驗既領袖一同帶領. 我一個人做得幾多 .... 班仔真係細. 始終協助唔到好多訓練工作. 不過我相信佢地有心繼續留係童軍運動上, 他朝他們一樣可以成為一個比我更出色既領袖, 因為中國人有句話 ... 青出於藍, 勝放藍.

而昨晚既吹水當中提出既[童軍領袖手冊] 都係一個幾好既提議, 除了可以教各位點樣去獲得[荷蘭水蓋]外, 還可以給各領袖一些意見和方法. 哈哈! 真係吹水有益!
