有關問題請版主回答，對於有通告指不得以童軍身份或著制服前去投票，但又叫我們盡公民責任前去投票。這就令小弟苦惱了，究竟我們是否脫下制服就不是童軍身份呢，一日童軍一世童軍。但基本法又付與我們每一個市民投票的權利，童軍也是市民。
如果投票等同攪政治這就完全錯誤，軍人不得從政，但軍人也要投票。有時候真的會〈此地無銀三百兩〉，問題係政治原本是有利於社會，只是有一些敗壞政治思想充昏了就變得可怕，我們不能單看負面的，政治的正面帶來的一片繁榮我們在享受中，但我們又有否付出過呢？我們要嘗試用多角度去看日常的事物，勿單純相信所謂官方發表。

Perhaps I should check POR before answering your question. According to my understanding, a scout member is not permitted to participate in Political activities in the capacity of being a scout. That means you are encouraged to go voting in your personal capacity, but not as a scout.
