各位兄弟姊妹:

終於可以 call meeting 啦! 我現邀請各隊代表於下星期一晚上, 出席第一次聚餐委員會會議.

日期: 2003年6月16日 (星期一)
時間: 晚上7:30
地點: 總會9樓 Rm914

當日議程如下:

1. 聚餐當日場地, 場地佈置, 膳食, 節目, 司儀等安排
2. 高級班記念章
3. 給予訓練班的記念品

其他各隊隊員可以一起出席, 共同討論. 請各位通知有關人仕出席, 多謝各位抽空出席有關會議.
