非一般的現況：真的極之需要有領袖幫手團集會，雖然暫時可以攪掂，但長遠就會出現問題。
再講行政工作如果唔係白痴都無問題，但集會中時時都要埋身肉搏的，少D經驗，少D實力都死。落手落腳的應該係紅膊的工作，所以紅膊要多幾個。我做左十幾碌紅膊最清楚這點，紅膊才是團隊的命脈。

我覺得鍾意上呢個留言板的都是投入的領袖，大家對自己都有要求。團長真的可以很易做，有其他領袖的話只需做份year plan，分工俾其他領袖。但落手落腳做真係好多方面要顧及：領導、人事、行政、教授、處理問題個案...多到絕對可以轉為正職(如果有錢的話)。

我對副團長級既見解有些少唔同, 根據 POR 副團長係協助團長既工作, 私底下去從中偷師. 學下將來點做團長, 我見過有童軍團將三位副團長好似總會既三位副香港總監一樣分做支援, 行政和管理, 我唔可以話這樣的分配方式是否適合, 亦唔可以作出任何評論. 但我以前一樣身為副團長個陣, 真係咩都要一手一腳去做, 正如亞黎話[少d實力都唔掂] (不過現在做左成一年團長, 情況都好似無咩分別) 如果有多位副團長, 在團務安排方面是可以輪流去分配, 等到各副團長都可以認識每項團務的流程. 以便將來可以再進一步. 當如果發覺有任何個人或團務處理不足的地方還是可以有空間去再解決或進修. 身為團長的人, 便可以在旁觀察和協助, 以補不足.

如果做團長係可以受薪, 我相信會有更多人會來搶飯食.
