有時我真係好唔明白上面班大哥想緊D乜。專章制度本身有一個好大的問題。我地而家有幾廿個章，但實際有人考到的有幾多個，我斗膽話有D章例如氣象、領航、潛泳、電子、通訊、營地管理...最嚴重可能係教導組例如氣象、地圖繪製，可能全港一年都冇人考到，問題出在那堙H
有章冇人教、有人教都冇人主考。
班大人有時想好多新章出來係好，但冇想過怎樣推動D仔女考章。
我見到係，越來越多"聽講章"，即上完堂唭僑N有章，服務組D章好多只聽不做。有D區開始出現保護主義，即只承認自己區D班，D仔去了第二個區/地域D班不獲承認。

新料就係Cub仔開始玩獨木舟、露營。我理解可能係大趨勢，出面做，我地冇得唔跟。我問D Cub 仔上Scout 之後重有冇新野玩。根本做scout 同venture 個活動係停滯不前。有人話區及旅團可以想新意思，又番到同一問題：仔女人數、領袖人數同錢。

邊個理？

不過又係個句，講還講，講完又係自己繼續度。無得走，老友們，頂硬上！

回應家豪有關修改制服的問題：
不用說修改制服那麼大的事，就連航空章課程修訂，在總會航空活動組討論了差不多兩年，前陣子終於通過，但將有關議案丞上總會又有各方總監說沒咨詢他們，將我們的議案收回再咨詢，現又再推遲一年，試問如何與時並進？而且當中本人能出席的會議，我看到各「議員」並不是大家一同解決問題，而是製造問題，有時真的很失望！
