在課本中唯一出現(童軍)兩個字，書中提及天生的畸魅型領導者當中有童軍、宗教領袖等等，他們都有共同的特質令追隨者不斷追隨，他們不會在外表上有甚麼特別出眾，即不會高大威猛又不風華絕代，但通常他們的言行或一舉一動就是那麼有魅力去使他們的追隨者著迷入魔。以上所有選自《組織行為》一書，這書非常要命是領袖的《PREDNISOLONE》濾固醇。即使大家現在不明所以，日後有機會回想今天所見“畸魅型領導”或者你遲早也會有一份不同程度的應認同。
