千祈萬祈唔好咁鬼客氣，MARK哥我的旅團如果有朝一日成為所謂的優異旅團，可怕的事一定接踵而來，首先要在制服上釘上幾個字，非常外眼，好心就搵人設計一下比D心思喇嘛，再者比人眼啤啤的感受非常不舒服，我相信旅團做得再好也唔需要品牌效應來召募，有麝自然香我唔想D仔女受太大的壓力和存有自大的心態，童軍活動已經存有太多競爭、名利和階級這對他們是否太過呢？適當的磨練已經足夠若果太多的話只會走向極端。

有好一段時間無post上來啦...
我旅亦有幸為優異旅團之一(只不過我沒幫過手prepare)
我的感覺是, D 仔基本上無任何反應, 仲要聯多個章!!!
有 D 更直接話不如比個興趣組過佢... (嘔血)

最開心的反而係旅團領袖...
不過,我都覺個獎的準則可再fine-tune
而家有D 似文件大賽, 鬥多鬥齊

我對優異旅團計劃, 始終正如亞 bun 所講, 有D似文件大賽, 鬥多鬥齊, 對於我這些小旅團, 再加上領袖唔多, 而且我知道我個區是鬥文件. 唔係鬥品質, 所以, 我十分無興趣去參與這個計劃. 如果上級硬要玩的話 .... 我無奈只有草草交貨便算. 到時再向各位請教.

但係我班死仔問過我好多次, 為何我團唔參與這個計劃. 我如各位一樣, 照講番 D 煩野比班死仔聽, 如果佢地想玩, 我會叫佢地去準備一切. 那麼可以為佢地可以對團行政有進一步的認識. 對佢地將來做領袖都有用.
