老實說，而家做童軍團鴾憟韝峖甈F已經搞到一頭煙，行事曆、通告、記錄、留言板... 都唔知捱到幾時。

很久沒有post上來了！ :p
容我插咀----其實我覺得現時的優異旅團應該改名為「優異旅團領袖」因為它太偏向領袖做了多少文件，攪了多少活動，招攬了多少成員......反而「細路」參與在其中的機會則較小。

我旅團領袖唔多, 如果我要攪這個童軍的 ISO9002 我一定要班較大的團員做主力去做. 我會做協助的工作. 這樣才能合付 [優異旅團] 這個名稱. 因為團是由領袖和團員一起組成. 所以我會需要團員的參與.
