其實源頭就是MARK 哥閣下所說的，有人上了上頭做高官，又眷戀塵世在旅團中霸佔著重要的職位，最令人髮指的是一年只見他們一兩次，全部日常運作都是副團一力承擔，究竟有多少領袖真正為發展旅團而當旅團領袖呢，如果我有天不能再抽時間付出於該旅團，我一定會預先安排一切交代所有，才高興地給所屬的旅團歡送，離開只因有更好的發展，何必霸著廁所又唔用呢？

亞黎, 正如閣下所說有人上了上頭做高官，又眷戀塵世在旅團中霸佔著重要的職位, 更一年只見他們一兩次, 這些人簡直可恥! 小弟自問對其他高位無興趣, 不會主動去同其他人去追趕, 有人叫到就做, 但我必先將團長位交出, 做個副團長便行, 正所謂 [高處不勝寒]嗎, 而小弟覺得身為旅團領袖, 是要向你所屬的的青少年成員負責, 如地域或區的高層覺得小弟做得好, 只要定期給我一些 [領袖獎勵] 便行, 不必給我高位. 現在小弟在讀書休假期間, 我的 [在職訓練] 和其他團務也就全權交給我的副團長負責, 我只會查詢, 不會過問, 如要協助, 我會從旁指導. 因為我相信我的副團長有足夠的領導能力和技能去完成一切.
