如果要借口的話,
我有一個就係我參加左 carlton 纖形, 使我可以在一個半月內成功減肥, 由原本體重 : 154磅 --- 1XX 磅
腰圍 : 40吋 --- 2X吋
你話係吾係一個好的借口呢!

我都有借口，就是這個月我居然可以成功舉辦有近800人參加之航空活動繽紛日、和Kiko完成在職審核、一個要好的同事結婚的兄弟工作！現在居然還健在死唔去！

到我找到一個借口，就係星期日的專章考驗日，敝團的囝囝囡囡考驗結果，一如以往100巴仙合格，共搶奪27枚專章，分別有秘書、觀察技能及教導、手藝、工藝、語言等。
大家如果想參與敝地域的專章考驗日，七月也有一個，並歡迎其他地域參與，但區專章秘書就要自己攪掂，我們只會出一証明信，証明個參加者合格。每人當天只可以考三個章，每個章收5蚊行政費，事先有一個簡報會，由每項目主考講解考驗要求及範圍，每項目在一小時內完成，容易之極但旅團領袖要事先幫他們作足夠的教授和指導。
