Subject: cobb county kia/kia town center/kennesaw,georgia

Recenty i went to cobb county kia/kia town center iwaited to talk to the service rep but he was to busy playing and walking his dog.Then he told me a diag charge would be charged,42,000miles when i asked harshley why he said i had an additude and told me this conversation was over,his name was randy this was the worst exp ever hopefully someone will address this rude and obnoxtious person maybe leave his dog at home.then i never get a satisfaction survey somehow they gave the wrong number this dealer changes its name and says the all new? but i see the same rude,unfriendly people and they still cant fix my car all i get is excuses, the suvice writer must have a inside connect ,the general manager acts like he has a5th grade education, dumb as abox of rocks,further more this is to advise people that if you own akia or buying a kia do not go to kia town center/cobb county kia/or what ever the name will be next.You will have the worst service experiance of your life.
