Subject: Kia Rio

Help!! Sorry car it is. How can I get help. Kia Rio, been in for service 30 times. Check engine light, they denied anything was wrong, ended up having to change the engine after pleading and pleading for help. Lately the alignment was off, said it was not warranty, picked it up today, the car steers itself to the right!. Windshield came out! They "fixed" it, guess what drove home, windshield came apart! I have a 2 year old baby, they don't care if you get hurt or not. How do I make a difference, and get paid back for all my grief???? :(
