Subject: KIA has caused me to have an ulser

I purchased a 2005 KIA Sorento from Arbor Place KIA in Douglasville Georgia in October 2004. The motor had to be replaced at 13,000 miles. The catalytic converters were replaced a few days later. At the same time I complained about the brakes squealing. I was told they can not duplicate the problem so they can not fix it. After alot of complaining with them, the owner agreed to pay to have the brakes replaced BUT at another dealership. I had to drive over 30 miles from my house to another dealership to get the brakes fixed.
Now, I received a RECALL, when I called Don(the service manager) to set up an appointment to have it fixed, I was told they will not set up an appointment for me; that I need to take it to another dealership. I ask for the owner(John) he refused to take my call. I need help. If anyone reads this and can offer me some advice, please reply.
