Subject: Boy oh Boy Kia does KIA suck

This is too funny. Back in Feburary of 1998, I bought a brand new KIA Sephia right off the truck. Two weeks later the brakes were squeaking, I took it back to the dealer who told me that it was jsut break dust and he cleaned it off. Two weeks later, guess what? The breaks were squeaking again. This time when i took it back the gentleman in the repair shop told me that when he took the tire of to check the brakes that they crmbled in his hands. He then proceeded to tell me that these brakes had to be replaced every three months.

Like clock work every three months those brakes would squeak like crazy. Not only that after about a year they told me that my "transmission diffrential" had to be replaced (what ever the heck that is). There is a class Action suit in NJ and PA and if I'm not mistake California as well.

My first car WAS 1979 Chevy Nova, which I purchased in 1988. I kept that car for about three years and I don't think that I ever had to change those brakes. Go figure
