It looks as though you are having more problems with the dealer than the car. Just push them harder and see if you can get it fixed properly or go to a more respectable Kia dealer. Yeah, so you are having car problems... Most cars will after a couple of years of use. Just make sure that it gets taken care of by a competent shop.
