A few recommendations for the finishing touches to the SETI bd.

In the General Forum Configuration area

1. Make sure that the Reverse Threads box is checked - This puts the latest message at the beginning of the page.

In the Form Display Configuration area

1. Uncheck the always quote message in reply box. Otherwise when leaving a reply we have to erase the message that we are answering before leaving our own.

2. Check the View Message (Confirm before final post) box. This allows one to change or modify his message prior to actual posting.

3. Uncheck the Relocate active threads to beginning box - Otherwise when somebody leaves a reply the entire message is sent to the beginning of the page
regardless of how old it is.

4. Please change the Maximum characters in subject to 500 from 100 - this allows us to put forth our arguments where they are visible to all without having to click on the link - Otherwise it is possible for Duck poop of cosmos shattering importance to be overlooked.
