Alie, you're not buried under another of those gray Bavarian rainstorms, are you? You know, it's sunny and beautiful here, - the leaves are pretty much gone, one can already see the other side. I particularly love the Fall towards its end, you know, when it has finally given up the showing-off and has laid the old head to rest on its death bed. It's such a true and honest creature, rather unlike that big liar Spring who always tries to shove all kind of hopes down your throat.

So they promised snow for later tonight, and the wind was biting right through my Woolrich Original Outdoorwear sweater that I haven't yet managed to put in the dryer for the sake of my imaginary teddybear, when all suddenly I saw this guy lying around on the Haahvvit lawn with nothing on him than skimpy shorts and a book. See what I mean when I'm shaking my head about Americans? Almost as weird as sweet-and-sour Chinese dishes. Just don't even start to remind me that I need to see both an American dentist and an American barber in the very near future. I mean who knows what they will do to me???

As for the shack, Mike's reply (Hi Mike!) made me go and have a look, I hadn't been over for ages. The only thing I realized is a common feature of ALL major fights I've witnessed in the past two years or so. I think that every time waves swashed a bit too high there was always the same person right at the core of it. Strange enough. But nothing to be discussed here.

I loved your picture of a dropbear. Exactly how I had pictured them! If only we could get one of those to run for president! Can you imagine?!
