Howard Gardner 發現人有七種學習的智能,包括:
1. 語文的智慧
2. 數理邏輯的智慧
3. 感受空間的能力 
4. 動作靈敏的智慧
5. 音樂的智慧
6. 人際交往的智慧
7. 認識自我的智慧
不同的智慧型所採取的學習模式都不一樣。

我在想,
如果學校弟組是透過這七種多元智慧分組學習,
情況將會是如何呢?
學生能否更有效學習?
會否培育出資優生?
老師可否因應自己的教授模式去教相關組別的學生?

雖然這裡是劃分七組,但每名學生於各領域有強有弱,故會產生不只七組的組合。舉例說,甲學生在1,3,5是強; 2,4是中;6,7是弱,乙學生是1,2,3強; 4,5中; 6,7弱....等等,當中也不易將學生劃入某一組別。

就算是以成績劃分班/組別亦有其強中弱的學生,

以學習能力劃分組別,

讓相同學習模式的學生一組,

老師因應學生學習模式教授不是更因材施教嗎?

以成績分組和以智能分組的分別:

一) 成績相對地較客觀,如果用多元智能來分,不知現在是否已有有信度和效度的測試來分組?

二) 學生的學習模式、學習心志和已有基礎決定了學習成果,所以,學習模式只是影響學習的其中一個元素。假設我們能將不同智能學生分組,每組自有不同基礎和不同心志的學生,是否要再分下去?如果以成績分組,起碼解決學習心志和已有基礎這兩個問題,如果肯在成績差的一組來配以多元化教學,效果會較好。

三) 就算能準確地將學生以各自擅長的學習模式分組,教師能否對於同一課題,創出這七種教學方式?就算可以,又怎達到相同的教學效果?是否每一課題或每一科都可以用不同學習模式去處理?

我的結論是,先以成績分組,如有資源,再以多個(不能太多太細分)學習模式來教或分開教。如果先以智能來分,我覺得有點是倒轉了分組的次序。
