The men in our Amanda's actual life.

They know how to cook. They know how to clean. And they can look after the baby, if there is one. If the women's movement has taught girls they need not be totally reliant on men, it has also taught boys they need not be totally reliant on women.

And some of them are not looking for a long term relationship. If the one-night stand has always been more or less acceptable for men, it has also become more acceptable for women.
