Yep. I reckon that this Rancid Rabbit would be trying to have us all believe that you can eat such carrots safely.

How?

I'd imagine he'd say something like: "Put a condom on the carrot first, before eating it" (!!!)...... he won't get get away with such nonsense here, because his error would be pointed out to him.
