It is physically impossible to be both Communist and Hiterlistic (or facist) being they are total complete oppisites. Just thought i should defend communism a little bit.
Heres what I had in mind.
I feel communicating through the webpage is very important. My largest failure in SH i belive, besides going AWOL, is not making the webpage interesting, board enough, and imformative not only in clan business but also in other games or just plain interesting news. I think SH would have much more successful in the Marx-Era if the page was constantly upgraded in all regards. Im talking news from diablo2.org, war3.com, blizzard.com, outpost3.com, warcraft.org, pc.ign, ect. I think if people had any good reason to check the page everytime they get on the net before they start playing the clan and the webpage will be interlinked and not only would people get on to see if they got their new medals but also if anything is up for debate, any new game news, updates, reviews, and clan stuff in general. Anyways I thought that instead of major council issues being decided in hagglesome meetings, im not dissing meetings i believe they are essential for members to feel apart of the clan and give the clan a time to get a lot of ppl on line and also check activeness for new recruits, but these issues would be voted on in forms and surveys on the site filled out be the council members ie housemasters or whoever in that particular house had voting power. Housemasters would be made aware of this issue on the webpage via ICQ and Email. These members would be given 2 days to reply then their 2nd in command would be given an ICQ and email, after 5 days the deadline would be final and the votes tallied. To purpose a issue a house would have to have a certain number of other houses to support their issue for reviewal and then post it on the page and be responsible for ICQing and Emailing. It would be similar to a congrssional amendment and the clan would be a true confederational government, which is what ive wanted.
Any ideas,queastions,comments,complaints?
