wow I didnt know that drake...DAVORAK? I wanna try it. Anyway...Marx dude, the 3 council system works. I dont know about Phule's Hallmaster idea, I think that council and HM's should have access to hall without a hallmaster, it just complicates things. But the 3 person council idea works well, simply because its easy. If a council member is turning out to be a flake, the HM's can vote to remove 'em. Along with that, yes, the RECing system needz work. What we really need to do is have everyone who is going to be in on SH sit down on ICQ or BNet and have a nice long discussion / meeting regarding all this. Guys u can post all u want but well we really need to meet.
