Subject: I agree with Drake and Phule

After reading what Drake has posted, I can find no real flaw in it. The biggest danger to a clan, however, lies not in the leadership but in the RECs that are attracted. The leadership, especially with regard to this clan, will suffice because we all care about SH surviving. Our reputation, however, will be set more by the RECs than any of us, simply because they will be greater in number. That's why we need to attract good people, keep good people, and filter out and rid ourselves of the bad. I haven't dwelt on this too much, so I won't bother adding anymore of my thoughts, but sometime soon we need to all get together and discuss the issue of recruitment.
