Scray thoughts... a guild lead by Phule. This'll raise the good ole insanity level on B.net. I personally think the single leader idea is better anyway, at least for now. As long as the leader is trustworthy, which Phule is, a single leader works better. It's almost impossible to fill a council with trustworthy people, and as soon as the bickering a fighting begins the guild will crumble. It's been my experience in other games that single-leader clans become the stronger clans, or more unified at least.
Course, that puts all of the responsibility on the leader, cause if he's not a good leader then the guild has no chance. As it is, I think the new SH will do quite fine under Phule.
Well, I'd write more, but I'm doing this from work and I try not to spend too much time on the internet as opposed to actually working.
Before I stop though, I just wanted to say that I disagree with the thing about the Rogue being screwed. The can have a huge dex, which gives them an awesome natural AC and chance to hit, plus with strength bonuses (which every high level Rogue could have) they can wear just as good of armor as warriors. Not only do they have range attacks, but they can learn more spells than the warrior and they get more mana per magic attribute. They can keep things at a distance with their bow, and if they get swamped they can unleash a bunch of Apocalypse or Chain Lightning.
Ok... now I really should go.
