Hey Emily, AnDray here.
I agree with you wholeheartedly, but do you also feel that as businesses continue to strive for more speed and efficiency, a need to communicate more professionally (via e-mail) will become the norm for both home and office? We are in dire need for e-mail etiquette programs to be linked to every free AOL software discs. :)
