One of the worst emails is when you have addressed the email in all small letter or all caps. The message does not come through clear with any meaning.

Another bad email is no punctuation! Where does it start or finish.

Last, I don't like a lot of junk mail, we have people that send work related email and then turn around and send you four or five junk emails.
