I immeadiatley went and changed my voicemail message on Friday to a customized message after Thursday nights class. I think that making sure I am starting to communicate in a non-emoptional and clearer method is what I learned this week.

I think what I have noticed is what they need to improve as well. That's hard. Trying not to be the communication evantialist is goint ot be tough for me. I feel like running around the ofice and pointing out what everyone is doing wrong on e-mail and voicemail.

I draw everything we are learning back to how I can help improve our sales process. To me, effective communication is perfect for me to understand more about what makes people tick. I think I would like to spend more time in class taking about communication in terms of listening and what you can learn from that...
