MacSweens of Edinburgh are one of the best makers of haggis (I know because I've tried their version and it is rather nice). They do both the original and vegetarian versions. Recipes are included in this page and some information about the history of haggis and when it was first heard about - it transpires now that haggis now originates from around Viking times and not from the Highlands where they live skipping around heather and hills of Scotland (*giggle*).

We now have the patchwork fabric pieces in place for Deb and for FreSpirit. :-)

If you haven't gotten a graphic for yourself to us, please email it to mhpcnuts@hotmail.com and we'll get you sewn into our Quilt too!

If you don't have a graphic or can't find one, email us anyway with the "name" of something that you feel would best represent you and we'll see what we can find for you. :-)

We don't want anyone to miss out on being "quilter-bee'd" this month!

Our MHPC Quilt will forever be preserved safely and hung on the Nut Tree Branches for display after this month. You'll always be able to find it via our MHPC Events (linked off the Nut Tree Directory) and listed for January's Special Event.

Hurry and get your email in to us before the month is out ... there's plenty of room for more patchwork pieces!!

This is Peanut Sheila, Carol's sister in South Carolina. She called me
yesterday. Her and Joel are in the RV and still in Florida. She says they are
still sorting out what they will take in the RV and what they will have the
movers bring to Illinois. They are coming here for awhile when they leave
Florida. She will call me when they are leaving Florida for Myrtle Beach. She
said it may be a week or so. She does not have her puter connected right now
so she isn't on line at all. Just wanted you all to know that her and Joel
are doing ok and trying to get adjusted to what she calls,
"Camper Living"
I was hoping you could post this on the message board just so her friends
know she is still alive and kickin!!! :)

Will keep you posted and I'm sure when she gets here the first thing she will
do it get on line. :)
She will walk in the door, give me and my hubby a big hug and head straight

Yes, we had to mix up our patchwork fabric pieces and re-bee them to accommomdate two more additions to our lovely Quilt for:

BJ*
and
Bozwald

:-)

As you can see -- there's room for plenty more because we can ALWAYS mix and move and resize for yours too!
