Subject: Antioxidents? Please help!

I read your reply to the 7/20/99 message in which you mentioned certain antioxidents that can possibly slow muscle death in a "vacuolar" myopathy. I have either distal muscular dystrophy or hereditary inclusion body myopathy---no diagnosis as of yet but am seeing a good neurologist and hope to eventually find out what I have. PLEASE, PLEASE, can you share your thoughts on which antioxidents can help to slow muscle death? THANK YOU!
