Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all your willingness to help our telethon and being such an
important part of our community. As we all know, in the long run we will all
benefit from this. Here is some more details about the program and what to
expect
DATE: Sunday, April 16th
LOCATION: KSCI Channel 18
AIR TIME: 11:00AM-3:00PM

2) WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE THERE:
If you are on the list to be there all day, please try to get there by 10:30,
so we can give some further instructions and by the time we go on the air, at
11:00, we are all organized.

3) CAN I HAVE MY PAGER OR CELL PHONE ON ME?
ONLY AND ONLY if you turn them OFF or put on VIBRATION.

4) WHAT DO I SAY WHEN I ANSWER THE PHONE?
Hi my name is ------- thank you for calling. May I get your name, last name
first please. Note please get the correct spelling it is okay to ask them to
spell. Please write them legibly. May I have your address please, is there
an apt. number? May I get your phone home and work phone number, area code
first please. How much would you like to contribute? Whenever possible, encourage people to donate more. How would you like to pay? Check or credit
card? If credit card what type, the credit card number, and expiration date.
Please pay attention. Repeat the amount, type of payment, credit card number
and expiration date if applicable.
Ask them if they wish to have their name announced on TV.
