I need to know if there is anybody out there who is willing to give me some advise on this situation:

Mark O'keefe, a so-called minister in the Bay Point church of California, has threatened to kill my brother, spread rumors and lies about my brother and his own daughter. My brother is in the USMC and he has gone as far as to contact the commanding officer and is trying to have him sent to war. His deal is that he doesnt want his daughter to marry my brother. He has even stolen their wedding ring set. He has kicked his daughter out of their home 3-4 times and then he comes to our house and harasses us and makes horrible comments. Mark is using his license to shield himself for his actions, he actually thinks that the bible backs him up in this. He and his son and friends of his son came to our house and tried to beat up my brother!! What gives him that right to talk about my brother when his own son is out doing drugs, partying, drinking, and smoking in his own house!!! Why doesnt he punish his son in the worst possible way because he has slept with many girls??!?! We are not getting any help from the UPCI and we dont really want to involve our pastor. If somebody knows what we can do please let us know. Thanks!
