I am a licensed minister with the UPCI. I don't even find Mr. O'keef in the ministerial directory. If he is not in the directory he is not licesed. So, he has not license to "hide behind".

This is shameful...it would never be tollorated by the UPCI...are you sure he holds a license with the UPCI? Because I like I said he is not in the directory. And Bay Point does not even have a UPCI affiliated church...

I have no way of helping you because I don't find him as a listed minister of the orgainization.
