Cephis gave a slight bow to the prince, a small grin on his face.
"But of course, your highness. I'd be quite happy to lend a hand." he said, and turned to Lans.
"Just so you know, Lans, I'll not kill your soldiers needlessly, but I won't lose sleep over it if I have to."
With a quick nod to the prince, he swung himself over the railing and thudded to the floor of the control room, and strode out of the room to the boarding ramp located on the far end of the ship.
[i] Hrmph...I'd better watch my back. Those two seem more than ready to kill eachother at the drop of a hat, and I'll stand little chance with the cannons of a ship trained on my back, should the wrong side win. Just have to get these kids back to the ship, and the problem's solved.[e]
He reached the docking bay, and braced himself against the wall as the dropship began to lower itself.
