Please provide some reference materials demonstrating that all meat and dairy proteins cause osteoporosis in humans, and I will reconsider my diet. I was under the impression that milk contains calcium, which actually strengthens bones, so my sources differ greatly from yours.

Besides, if raw meat consumption is so injurious to the health, why do the Japanese have such long lifespans, seeing as how raw fish is a large part of their diet?
