Unless you have about four, or an especially long intestine, you're probably not well suited to being a vegan.

As for Seventh Day Adventists: I had one as a landlord when in business some time ago. He warned me not to call his home on Saturday, his "sabbath," because his religion forbade conducting business on that day. Somehow though, he was always able to find a way get by to pick up the rent if it fell due on a Saturday. Typical "religious" hypocrite!

hunter-gatherer means a gatherer who can occasionally hunt when food becomes scarce. I'm not arguing that point. Raising livestock does put demands on the environment. I'm simply contending humans are designed to consume meat, and quite a bit of it.
